Your feet have to endure the most when, for example , you walk a lot, often wear (too) tight shoes, walk barefoot or do sports.

In the long run, these factors can cause a problem. In addition to aesthetic purposes, it is therefore also wise for health reasons to ensure that your feet are always in good condition.

This way you can avoid more serious problems in the future and wear sandals in the summer to show off your perfect feet.

Your feet, your roots

Many people believe that our feet are the most important part of the body. They provide support and enable us to move from one place to the next. Nature has given us firm and strong feet, but this does not mean that your feet cannot be affected.

It is all too common for people to walk around with cracked feet with calluses and blisters.

Besides sometimes painting your nails to match your bikini, your feet need a lot more attention than they usually get. You probably think of your hair first, then your face, then your hands, and then your feet, if they aren’t completely skipped.

Foot and shoe

In order to show off beautiful, perfect feet, you will need to stick to a routine of regular foot care and maintenance. This may take time, but remember that healthy feet are related to your overall well-being. You can even notice the difference in your facial expressions.

Tricks to take care of your feet

To have perfect feet, like many models, without hard skin, calluses or cracked heels, you only need a few hours a week. Fill in this time by following the fifteen tips below:

  • Soak your feet in some water and sea salt for half an hour every week. This is not that drastic. For example, you can bathe your feet while watching television. This will leave your feet feeling a little more relaxed and rested, especially if you have to sit or stand all day at work.
  • Every 15 days, soak your feet in hot water for a few minutes and then immediately in cold water. This transition will improve blood circulation in your feet. And if you add a few drops of lemon juice to the water, it will also keep your feet from smelling.
  • Use a pumice stone or something else to scrape away calluses.  This is an essential part of good foot care. Soak your feet in some warm water or in a shower first, then use the stone to scrape away calluses on the heels or other parts of the foot.
  • Dry your feet well after showering, especially between the toes, so that no fungus can develop. If you suffer from sweaty feet, use talcum powder to absorb the sweat.
