1. Strawberry gelatin cake

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • Fresh mint
  • ¾ cup icing sugar (30 g)
  • 1 sheet of strawberry gelatin (25 gr.)
  • 2 cups mascarpone (500 g)
  • 1 ½ cup whipping cream (300 g)
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel (10 g)
  • a pack of orange biscuits (200 gr.)
  • 2 sachets of natural gelatin (14 gr.)
  • 2 cups strawberries cut in half (250 g)
  • ¾ cup melted butter (125 g)

Preparation

  1. To prepare the base, place the orange biscuits in a blender and blend until powdered.
  2. Then mix this cookie powder with the melted butter and set it aside.
  3. Then put this mixture in a springform pan. Press it down well until you have a compact bottom.
  4. To prepare the cake, put the mascarpone with the sugar in a bowl and beat until soft.
  5. Then add the whipped cream and continue beating until firm but smooth.
  6. Then add the orange zest and the melted strawberry gelatin. Keep stirring until well mixed.
  7. Pour this mixture onto the cookie base. Then put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Dissolve the natural gelatin in hot water and then let it cool to room temperature.
  9. Press the half strawberries with the round side into the cake.
  10. Pour the gelatin over the cake, add the last 2 strawberries and then place in the fridge.

2. Gelatin with red wine and fruit

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of syrup (720 ml)
  • 3 cups red wine (720 ml)
  • 1 can pineapple in syrup (800 gr.)
  • 2 sheets of grape gelatin (14 gr.)
  • 2 cups hot water (400 ml)
  • 1 can of peaches in syrup (800 gr.)
  • 1 small jar of plums (300 gr.)

Preparation

  1. First prepare the gelatin by dissolving it in the water. Then put it away for a while.
  2. Then remove the syrup from the cans of fruit until you have three cups full.
  3. Then cut the pineapple and peach into pieces and set them aside.
  4. Then heat the wine together with the plums so that they become soft.
  5. Then mix the syrup with the plums and red wine.
  6. Then put all ingredients together in a bowl. So the grape gelatin, the mixture of the syrup with the red wine and the plums and the fruit cut into pieces.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds. Then put it in the fridge to harden.

3. Milk gelatin with fruit

The third of the gelatin recipes is ideal for any occasion, from a birthday to a romantic evening to a Sunday with the family. It has a delicious creamy taste. The fruits also provide a great flavor explosion.

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets of gelatin (14 gr.)
  • 500 ml water (2 cups)
  • 2 cups of milk (500 ml)
  • ½ cup sugar (200 g)
  • ½ cup water (125 ml)
  • 1 can of fruit cocktail (250 gr.)
  • ¼ cup water to add to the gelatin (60 ml)

Preparation

  1. First, heat the fruit with two cups of water and the sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Turn it off as soon as it starts to boil.
  2. Then put a gelatin sheet in ¼ cup of water and add this to the pan as well. Then mix it well.
  3. Then pour this mixture into a gelatin mold and put it in the fridge.
  4. While you wait for the gelatin to set, heat 2 cups of milk in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Then dissolve the other gelatine leaf in ¼ cup of water and add it to the mixture.
  6. Mix it well and then let it cool to room temperature.
  7. Once the fruit gelatin has hardened, pour the milk gelatin on top. Then put it in the fridge until it is completely stiff.
  8. Then remove it from the mold and serve.

4. Two-tone gelatin with mango

  • ½ cup orange juice (120 ml)
  • 2 cups mango in syrup (400 ml)
  • 1 cup mango in syrup (200 ml)
  • 2 gelatin sheets (14 gr.) dissolved in water

Ingredients for gelatin with milk

  • 125 grams of cream cheese (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (125 gr.)
  • 1 cup unsweetened condensed milk (or evaporated milk) (125 g)
  • 1 cup condensed milk (125 gr.)
  • 1 cup mango diced (200 gr.)
  • 2 sachets of gelatin dissolved in milk (14 gr.)

Preparation

  1. First mix the ingredients for the gelatin in water until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Then pour this into a gelatin mold and wait until it has set.
  3. For the milk gelatin, mix the condensed milk with the cream cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt and gelatin into a liquid.
  4. Then pour this on top of the water gelatin and wait until it is also stiff.
  5. Finally, remove the gelatin from the mold. Then decorate it with mango cubes and if you like with mint leaves.
