How do you make a natural deodorant?

Do you suffer from irritated skin under the armpits? Don’t like the scents you can buy in the store? Don’t want to use chemical beauty products anymore? Then read on and discover the best recipes for making your own  ecological,  natural deodorant.

Side Effects of Using Deodorant

Much research has gone into this cosmetic product, which is so commonly used by both men and women.

We as consumers do not think about how and what deodorant is made of. We use this product regardless of the ingredients and without knowing whether deodorant use can lead to serious skin problems, for example.

The majority of deodorants on the market contain  aluminum chlorohydrate (also known as aluminum salts). This ingredient clogs the pores, preventing the pores from breathing and sweat from getting out. Many people will say that this is the purpose of deodorant after all.

The problem, however, is that this disrupts the body’s natural temperature regulation process. Thus, this component prevents the body from performing its tasks properly. Parts of the body are cooled that should not be cooled.

In addition, some studies seem to show that regular deodorant use can lead to breast cancer because the components of deodorant penetrate the skin into the body and end up around the breasts, which are located right next to the armpits.

You will also find that when you stop using deodorant, you will smell more than you did before you started. This is because the ingredients of this product get stuck in the pores under the armpits just like in your clothes.

For this reason, you are left with two options: buy a deodorant that does not contain aluminum chlorohydrate or make your own natural deodorant at home.
