  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1/4 cup warm water (50 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (30 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (500 g)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (5 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • Garnish: finely chopped parsley or sweet pepper powder
